Step-by-step guide to online shopping delivery services with Neil & Emily Richardson Removal Services
- After selecting your preferred online retailer and purchasing your goods the next stage is to enter a delivery address in the UK.
- For ambient goods (EXCEPT TESCO) you must assign your order to "your name" Unit 1, Basildon Business Centre, Bentalls, Basildon SS14 3BX
- For ambient goods from TESCO ONLY you must assign your order to "your name" 7 Trinity Close, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 8QE
- Deliveries to BENTALLS will ONLY be accepted between MONDAY TO THURSDAY BETWEEN 10AM & 5PM (NO DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON BANK HOLIDAYS)
- Deliveries to TRINITY CLOSE will ONLY be accepted on THURSDAYS BETWEEN 10AM AND 6PM
- Once you have placed your order you MUST ADVISE our office by emailing delivery details to neilandem@sapo.pt
- Your order will be ready for collection on a TUESDAY of the following week
- On collection payment is STRICTLY CASH ONLY
- Collection can be arranged for an alternative day but this must be agreed on a STRICTLY PRE-AGREED BASIS
- If your goods are not collected within the agreed arrangement date then ALL goods will be forfeited
AMBIENT GOODS CONSIST OF DRIED, JARS, TINNED AND NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
IT IS THE SHOPS RESPONSIBILITY TO PACK THE CRATES AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF FOOD OR ITEMS CONTAINED IN EACH CRATE
IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE CRATES
